Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Trollflix strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, predatory behavior, and any sexualized content involving anyone under the age of 18.

• Any CSAE-related content is removed immediately.
• Accounts involved in CSAE violations are permanently suspended.
• We report relevant violations to law enforcement authorities when legally required.
• We preserve moderation records to support legal compliance and investigations.

Moderation and Detection

Trollflix combines automated systems and human moderation to identify and remove harmful content quickly.

• Profanity detection is applied to text-based content, including comments and chat messages.
• NSFW detection is applied to uploaded image and video content.
• When NSFW content is removed, related caches are invalidated so removed content is no longer served.

User Safety Tools

• Users can report content and users through our in-app reporting system.
• Users can block other users in chat to stop further communication.
• Reported content is reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

Enforcement Actions

• Immediate content removal for policy violations.
• Temporary or permanent account restrictions based on severity and repeat behavior.
• Escalation to legal authorities where required by law.

Age Policy

Trollflix does not allow users under the age of 13 to create accounts.
