Trollflix Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the Trollflix website, Trollflix APIs, and Trollflix mobile app.
By accessing or using Trollflix, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookies Policy, our Community Guidelines, and our other policies. Our terms and policies may change over time.
We will notify you when there is an important change in our Terms of Service. Also, we will notify you if we plan to make changes in our TOS.
By continuing to access or use Trollflix after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the new Terms.

You cannot use Trollflix if:

You are under 13 years old.
We've previously banned your account unless you have our permission.
If you are under the age at which you can provide consent to data processing under the laws of your country.

Trollflix allows you to upload images, videos, GIFs, texts, links, and other materials. Anything that you upload or otherwise make available on Trollflix is referred to as 'Content'. You retain all rights in and are solely responsible for the Content you post to Trollflix.

What content you cannot upload/post to Trollflix?

Content including pornography, genitals, nudity, and sexuality.
Content you've copied or collected from the Internet that you don't have the right to post.
Content including enforcement, terrorism, harassment.
Content that violates or infringes anyone's rights, including rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property or contract right.
Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
Content that impersonates any person or entity or posts any images of another person without his or her permission.
Content including spam, hate speech, and bullying.
Content that includes misleading or false information.
Content that promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous.
Content that exploits people in a sexual or violent manner.
Content that involves the transmission of unsolicited mass mailing or 'spamming.'
Content containing malicious code, viruses, or malware.
Content that is discriminatory based on race, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
Content promoting self-harm or suicide.
Content violating any local, national, or international laws or regulations.

Creator Studio

Creator Studio lets you distribute your Trollflix content across connected social accounts while keeping control over what goes live and where.

You are responsible for securing any necessary rights or clearances for distribution and for ensuring your connected platforms permit the content you choose to publish.

Payment, revenue share, and any promotional spend tied to Creator Studio must comply with these Terms, our payment partners' policies, and the rules of each destination platform.

Your Content

We have no obligation to screen, edit, or monitor your content, we may, in our sole discretion, delete, edit or remove your content at any time and for any reason. By submitting/posting/uploading or displaying content on Trollflix, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods now known or later developed.

This license authorizes us to make your content available to the rest of the world and to let others do the same. You agree that this license includes the right for Trollflix to provide, promote, and improve the Trollflix user experience and to make content submitted to or through Trollflix available to other companies, organizations or individuals for the syndication, broadcast, distribution, share, promotion or publication of such content on other media and services, subject to our terms and conditions for such Content use.

Such additional uses by Trollflix, or other companies, organizations or individuals, is made with no compensation paid to you with respect to the content that you submit/post/upload, transmit or otherwise make available through Trollflix as the use of the services by you is hereby agreed as being sufficient compensation for the content and grant of rights herein.

Copyright and Trademark Infringement

Trollflix respects the intellectual property rights of others and we expect people on Trollflix to do the same. It's our policy—in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion—to disable or terminate the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

Trollflix terms do not allow posting content that violates someone else's intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark.

You are responsible for your use of Trollflix and for any Content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You should only provide content that you are comfortable sharing with others.

Any use or reliance on any content posted to Trollflix or obtained by you from Trollflix is at your own risk. We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content or communications posted to Trollflix or endorse any opinions expressed via Trollflix. You understand that by using Trollflix, you may be exposed to content that might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate, or in some cases, postings that have been mislabeled or are otherwise deceptive. All content is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such content. We may not monitor or control the content posted on Trollflix and, we cannot take responsibility for such content.

We reserve the right to remove the content that violates Trollflix terms of service. For example, copyright or trademark violations or other intellectual property misappropriation, impersonation, unlawful conduct, or harassment.
