Trollflix Terms of Service

Trollflix has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

Users must not post, share, or promote harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, sexual exploitation, graphic violence, or other harmful content.

If we detect violations, we may immediately remove content, restrict distribution, suspend features, or permanently terminate accounts.

Creator Studio lets you distribute your Trollflix content across connected social accounts while keeping control over what goes live and where.

You are responsible for securing any necessary rights or clearances for distribution and for ensuring your connected platforms permit the content you choose to publish.

Payment, revenue share, and any promotional spend tied to Creator Studio must comply with these Terms, our payment partners' policies, and the rules of each destination platform.

Trollflix may offer creator rewards, revenue shares, promotional payments, or other payouts to eligible creators. Eligibility is determined by Trollflix and may depend on factors such as verified creator status, original content contributions, account standing, fraud checks, payment profile completion, available payout methods, and compliance with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, our copyright rules, and any campaign-specific rules we publish.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, eligible creator earnings become available only after any review, security, moderation, fraud-prevention, chargeback, refund, copyright, or DMCA hold period that applies to the relevant content or earning period. Trollflix may delay, reduce, withhold, reverse, or refuse a payout where we reasonably believe the earning is connected to invalid activity, policy abuse, copied or infringing content, unavailable or removed content, payment processor restrictions, legal requirements, or inaccurate payout details.

Payout amounts are calculated according to the program, campaign, revenue share, or creator reward rules that apply at the time. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, payout amounts are not guaranteed, may vary by period, may be subject to minimum payout thresholds and processor fees, and may be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, taxes, currency conversion, payment processor costs, fraud, moderation decisions, or accounting corrections.

Creators are independent self-employed persons or independent businesses, not employees, workers, agents, partners, franchisees, or legal representatives of Trollflix. Creators are responsible for their own taxes, social security, insurance, permits, invoices, records, and legal obligations connected to any payouts they receive. Trollflix does not provide employment benefits, payroll withholding, paid leave, pension contributions, or guaranteed work.

MemeJams on Trollflix may be created and hosted by individual users, creators, communities, sponsors, or Trollflix itself. Unless explicitly stated otherwise by Trollflix in writing, community-created MemeJams are independently organized activities created by users and are not operated, guaranteed, insured, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Trollflix.

Trollflix provides the platform infrastructure, discovery systems, moderation tools, hosting features, and community technology that allow users to create and participate in MemeJams. Trollflix does not act as a bank, escrow service, payment intermediary, financial institution, gambling operator, prize custodian, guarantor, agent, fiduciary, or dispute resolution authority for community-created MemeJams.

Community-created MemeJams are intended to be skill-based creative contests and community challenges. Unless officially stated otherwise by Trollflix, MemeJams are not games of chance, lotteries, raffles, betting systems, or gambling services operated by Trollflix.

Users participate in community-created MemeJams entirely at their own discretion and risk. Trollflix does not guarantee that any creator, host, sponsor, or participant will deliver promised prizes, payments, rewards, products, gifts, sponsorships, collaborations, exposure opportunities, or other benefits connected to a MemeJam.

Unless officially stated otherwise by Trollflix, any prizes, payments, sponsorships, or rewards offered in connection with a community-created MemeJam are handled independently by the MemeJam creator or sponsor outside of Trollflix systems. Trollflix does not process, hold, secure, verify, insure, monitor, mediate, or enforce external transactions, prize arrangements, sponsorship agreements, or payment disputes between users.

Trollflix may use automated systems, moderation technologies, fraud-detection systems, artificial intelligence tools, manual review processes, or community reports to review MemeJams, content, descriptions, prizes, rules, links, and related activity for safety, policy compliance, fraud prevention, spam prevention, platform integrity, advertiser safety, and legal compliance. Such review systems may not detect all violations, scams, misleading activity, or abusive behavior.

Trollflix reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove, restrict, suspend, hide, demonetize, edit, investigate, age-restrict, cancel, or limit any MemeJam, account, content, activity, reward, or promotion that we reasonably believe may involve fraud, scams, misleading promotions, illegal activity, harassment, intellectual property violations, spam, platform abuse, payment abuse, unauthorized gambling mechanics, regulatory risk, advertiser risk, app store risk, or risks to users, business partners, or the platform.

Users must not use MemeJams for unauthorized gambling, betting, raffles, lotteries, games of chance requiring payment for participation, financial scams, misleading fundraising, pyramid schemes, money laundering, illegal prize promotions, unlawful activity, or attempts to circumvent applicable laws or platform policies. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any MemeJam they create, promote, sponsor, or participate in complies with applicable local laws and regulations.

Trollflix may cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, payment processors, hosting providers, app stores, advertisers, copyright holders, or other third parties where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, enforce platform policies, or protect the integrity and security of the platform.

We have no obligation to screen, edit, or monitor your content, we may, in our sole discretion, delete, edit or remove your content at any time and for any reason. By submitting/posting/uploading or displaying content on Trollflix, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods now known or later developed.

This license authorizes us to make your content available to the rest of the world and to let others do the same. You agree that this license includes the right for Trollflix to provide, promote, and improve the Trollflix user experience and to make content submitted to or through Trollflix available to other companies, organizations or individuals for the syndication, broadcast, distribution, share, promotion or publication of such content on other media and services, subject to our terms and conditions for such Content use.

Such additional uses by Trollflix, or other companies, organizations or individuals, is made with no compensation paid to you with respect to the content that you submit/post/upload, transmit or otherwise make available through Trollflix as the use of the services by you is hereby agreed as being sufficient compensation for the content and grant of rights herein.

Trollflix respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Our repeat infringer policy is to disable or terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, are repeatedly the subject of valid copyright complaints, or abuse copyright, DMCA, reporting, counter-notice, or appeals processes.

Trollflix terms do not allow posting content that violates someone else's intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark.

You are responsible for your use of Trollflix and for any Content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You should only provide content that you are comfortable sharing with others.

Any use or reliance on any content posted to Trollflix or obtained by you from Trollflix is at your own risk. We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content or communications posted to Trollflix or endorse any opinions expressed via Trollflix. You understand that by using Trollflix, you may be exposed to content that might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate, or in some cases, postings that have been mislabeled or are otherwise deceptive. All content is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such content. We may not monitor or control the content posted on Trollflix and, we cannot take responsibility for such content.

We reserve the right to remove the content that violates Trollflix terms of service. For example, copyright or trademark violations or other intellectual property misappropriation, impersonation, unlawful conduct, or harassment.

Copyright owners and their authorized agents may send copyright notices to our designated contact at [email protected]. A valid notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material and its location on Trollflix, include the sender's contact information, include the statements required by applicable copyright law, and include a physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content, notify the affected user where appropriate, process valid counter-notices where required, and terminate users who repeatedly upload infringing content or misuse copyright complaints, counter-notices, or appeals.
