Delete your Trollflix account

In the Trollflix app

1. Open the Profile tab and tap the menu.
2. Tap Settings. The Account section opens first.
3. Tap Delete Account, choose what you want deleted and confirm with your password.

On the website

1. Log in at trollflix.com and open Settings.
2. Open the Account section.
3. Click Delete Account, choose what you want deleted and confirm with your password.

When your account is deleted

Your account is scheduled for deletion 30 days after you confirm. During those 30 days you can cancel by logging back in. After that, the deletion is permanent.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, username, email address and password
• Your likes, saved posts, playlists, follows and notifications
• Your private messages, payout methods, payment profile and transaction history
• Your posts, comments and chat messages, if you choose to delete them when you confirm

What we may keep

We may keep limited records where the law requires it, or where they are needed to prevent fraud and abuse, such as records of bans for serious violations.
